Steinbach, Man. &#8212;  Word was re- [''sic'' received] here that Mrs. Jac. G. Goertzen, 56, was killed and her husband seriously injured in a head-on collision at Sandpoint, Idaho on April 5. 
The Goertzens were en route back to their farm in the New Bothwell district near here after spending the winter at Clearbrook, British Columbia when the fatal crash occurred.  It was reported that a four-year-old boy in the other car was killed and two other men critically hurt.     
Mrs. Goertzen was the mother of 12 children, the two youngest sons being in high school.
