Well-Known Physician At Mt. Lake Dies
Mt. Lake, Minn. — Business places here were closed on Friday afternoon, Oct. 13, during the funeral services for Dr. Elmer S. Schutz, 64, well-known Mt. Lake practicing physician for 34 years. The largely attended services were held at the Bethel Mennonite Church, of which he was an active member.
Dr. Schutz suffered a fatal heart attack on Oct. 9 as he was preparing to assist in an operation at the Bethel Hospital, to be perfrmed by his son-in-law, Dr. Dallas Glick, and a nephew, Dr. Dwight Jaeger. Dr. Glick had just arrived here so that his father-in-law might take a much needed vacation.
