• Reinhard P. Schroeder, 78, who farmed in the Goessel community for many years, died Jan. 30 at the Bethesda Hospital. Since 1971 he had resided in Newton with his daughter, Mrs. Max Scrivner. She survives along with a son, Randolph, of Route 2, Canton. Mr. Schroeder married Mary K. Wiebe in 1919 in McPherson County. She died in 1965. Funeral services for Mr. Schroeder were held Saturday afternoon at the Alexanderwohl Church, with Rev. Ronald Krehbiel officiating. | |||
