Services Held For Farmer at Corn
Corn, Okla. — Funeral services were held at the Corn Mennonite Brethren Church on June 25 for J. L. Friesen, 52, farmer northeast of Corn and a lifelong resident of this community.
Mr. Friesen died at the Clinton hospital the evening of June 22 of extensive burns which were self-inflicted. He had been in ill health for some time, suffering from a nervous condition.
Survivors include his wife, eight children and five grandchildren.
