Other surviving children are Emanuel E. of Eureka, Raymond and Christian of Washington, and Mrs. Matilda Ulrich of Eureka. There are 14 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. | |||

RETIRED FARMER, 85, CALLED BY DEATH
Metamora, III. — Funeral services were held at the Roanoke Mennonite church Nov. 9 for David H. Schertz, 85, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Harnish in Eureka Nov. 6. He formerly engaged in farming in this community.
