He reported that the family had received news of the death of Dr. Katharina Schellenberg, a cousin, who died in India where she has been a medical missionary for many years. A memorial service for her was held at the Mennonite Brethren church in Buhler last Sunday. His brother, Dr. A. M. Lohrentz of McPherson, is about ready to leave for Paraguay to join Dr. John R. Schmidt in the medical work among the Mennonite colonists there for one year. |
