Reedley, Calif. — Funeral services were held at the Mennonite Brethren church in Dinuba on March 2 for Fred G. Wiest, who died Feb. 27 after a long illness. A native of Russia, he had lived at Dinuba for 20 years and was a former deacon of the M. B. church there.
Surviving in addition to his wife Katie is a large family of descendants, including 11 children, 40 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
