• Mrs. George A. Ediger, 79, a lifelong resident of the Buhler community, died Feb. 14 at Bethel Deaconess Hospital here. She was a member of the Hebron Mennonite Church, where the funeral was conducted Monday afternoon by Rev. Ken Shelly, the pastor, and Rev. Curt Siemens. The former Mary Franz was married to George A. Ediger in 1915. He survives with a son, Arthur, of North Newton; two daughters, Mrs. Ervin Siemens of Lincoln, Neb. and Mrs. LeRoy Epp of Wichita; three brothers, Dave Franz of Buhler, Herman Franz of Sedgwick, and Pete Franz of Liberal; two sisters, Mrs. John R. Dyck and Mrs. John Dick, both of Buhler; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. | |||
