•  Funeral services for John J. Ediger, 82, retired banker, were held Tuesday forenoon at Draper's Funeral Home.  Rev. Kenneth Shelly, associate pastor of the Bethel College Church, officiated.  Mr. Ediger died Sunday at Fort Madison, Iowa, where he had lived for the past six years.  He was associated with the Kansas State Bank here for 37 years, serving for some years as cashier.  He leaves a son, Olin O. of Wichita; two daughters, Mrs. Duane Baird of Chicago and Mrs. W. V. Dettweiler of Claremont, Calif.; two sisters, five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
