WIDOW OF IOWA PASTOR CALLED AWAY IN DEATH AT WAYLAND
Wayland, Iowa. — Mrs. John Wagler, Sr., who came to Iowa from Alsace-Loraine in 1904 with her husband, Rev. John Wagler, passed away at her home here on March 1. She was born at Saarburg, France on July 17, 1878. Funeral services were held at the Sugar Creek Mennonite church here March 4, and were conducted by Rev. E. S. Mullett, Rev. Simon Gingerich and Rev. W. J. Stevens.
She is survived by four stepchildren, 34 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
