• Duane R. Covalt, 35, of Whitewater was fatally injured early Sunday when his car left K-196 about one mile wast of Whitewater. Officers reported that he apparently fell asleep at the wheel. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Swiss Mennonite church in Whitewater, with Rev. Arnold Ensz officiating. Survivors include his wife, Rita, one son and three daughters, all of the home. | |||
