<p>&#9679; Lewis Bender, 64, who had farmed in the Moundridge community since 1918, died Monday morning at Axtell Christian Hospital here. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the West Zion Mennonite Church in charge of Rev. Ed. R. Stucky. Mr. Bender is survived by his widow, Emma, two daughters, two sons, 10 grandchildren, one sister and three brothers.
