(Mrs.) Mary Thiessen of Carman, Man.
passed away July 4. She was born in Schoenwiese, Man . to Johann and Maria Giesbrecht
and was baptized in the Old Colony Mennonite Church in Reinland, Man. on May 23,
1920. She married Dietrich Thiessen on July
11, 1920. From 1943 to 1967 the Thiessens
farmed south of Carman, retiring and moving into Carman in 1967. Mrs. Thiessen was
predeceased by husband Dietrich. She leaves
two sons, John and wife Viola of Grand
Prairie, Alta . and Frank and wife Margaret
of Winnipeg, eight grandchildren, six great -
grandchildren, two sisters and four brothers.
The funeral was held at the Gospel Light
(Carman) Church on July 8, with pastor Peter G. Doerksen officiating.

(Mrs.) Mary Thiessen of Carman, Man. passed away July 4. She was born in Schoenwiese, Man . to Johann and Maria Giesbrecht and was baptized in the Old Colony Mennonite Church in Reinland, Man. on May 23, 1920.
