MERNA JENN REIMER
Merna Jean Reimer died July 20 at age 45. She was born Aug. 29,1961 in Fort St. John, B.C to Dave and Margaret Kyllo, and spent most of her school years living on a ranch where she was an adept horsewoman, guiding hunters in the mountains with her father. Merna attended the University of Victoria and afterwards taught in rural schools near Fort St. John. She attended North Peace MB Church and married Carl Reimer in 1991. There she taught Sunday school and VBS ministries. Although she fought ovarian cancer for a number of years, Merna was not bitter with God in being called home at an early age. The memorial service was July 26 at the North Peace MB Church.
