ADELINE ENNS
Adeline Enns died June 17. She was born Nov.
28, 1922 in Grossfuerstenland, Russia to
Gertrude and Jacob Enns. The family immigrated to Canada in 1925, settling first in
Hepburn, Sask., and later homesteading in
Speedwell, Sask. She accepted Jesus as Saviour at 11 and was baptized by her father at
15, joining the MB church. She graduated
from Bethany Bible School, Hepburn and MB
Bible College, Winnipeg. She taught in
Saskatchewan and Manitoba, in Cali, Colombia under MB Missions and in Vancouver. She
travelled to many countries with friends and
visited family in Canada and abroad. Predeceased by sister Mary, she is mourned by
brothers Abe, Jack, Henry and John; sisters
Gertrude Froese, Hilda Schroeder and Nettie
Nan Doerksen. The funeral was July 14 in Culloden MB Church, Vancouver, with Rudy
Willms ministering.
