MARY KAETHLER
Mary Kaethler died Oct. 14. She was born in Orloff, Russia July 29, 1914 to Johann and Katharina Dick. The family immigrated to Canada in 1924, settling in Leamington, Ont., and later moving to Vineland and Virgil. She married Jacob Kaethler June 4, 1939. They bought her parents' farm in Virgil. They joined Virgil MB Church. She enjoyed singing in the choir. Jacob died in 1997. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, and watching the birds. Predeceased by Jacob, she is mourned by family and friends. The funeral was Oct. 18 in Oakview Chapel, Pleasant Manor, Virgil with Walter Bergmann and Vic Loewen ministering.
