GEORGE GOSSEN
George Gossen died Mar. 10. He was born June 15, 1922 to Peter and Justina Gossen in Hepburn, Sask. He loved sports and the outdoors. He married Tina Fast in Mar. 1943. He worked for farmers, fisheries and loggers. They moved to Ontario where he worked in factories and construction. They moved to Parsons, B.C. Here he worked in the oil field and at a sawmill. In North Surrey he had a hobby farm and worked on the boom on the Fraser River for 20 years. After a move to Lone Butte, B.C., they both accepted the Lord and enjoyed the church. In 1988 they moved to Hepburn, joining the MB Church and enjoying friends and fellowship. Tina died in Mar. 1992. In Sept. 1993 he married Peggy Neudorf. They enjoyed travelling, boating, fishing and times at their cottage. Predeceased by Tina, he is mourned by Peggy; step-sons Eugene, Conrad and Cordell; 7 step-grandchildren; 1 step-great-granddaughter; 4 sisters; 1 brother; 4 foster children. The funeral was Mar. 13 in Hepburn MB Church.
