— Frank A. Funk, 56, of Kirkland, Wash. was fatally injured in a two-car crash the morning of Feb. 25 while returning home from work at the Boeing plant, Seattle. He was a native of the Hillsboro community and formerly worked for Boeing in Wichita. The body was returned to Wichita, and funeral services were held March 2 at the Faith United Church of Christ, of which he was a member. He leaves his widow, the former Irene Wiens; a son, Charles, of Kansas City; one granddaughter; and brothers and sisters, Paul of Goessel, Albert, Jacob, and Mrs. C. R. Duerksen all of Hillsboro, and Mrs. Henry Duerksen of Newton.
