• George Abraham, 74, died unexpectedly at the farm home near Goessel last Saturday morning. He had lived on the same farm most of his life. Funeral services were held Tuesday forenoon at the Goessel Mennonite Church, with Rev. Levi Koehn officiating. Survivors include his wife, Helena; one son, Willis of rural Newton; two daughters, Mrs. John Schroeder of North Newton and Mrs. Clyde Prouty of rural Newton; one brother, two sisters, 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. | |||
