MRS. MARIA SCHULZ

(Mrs.) Maria Schulz of Steinbach, Man., passed away at the age of 90 years in the Bethesda Hospital in that town on June 29. A resident of the Personal Care Home in Steinbach, she was one of the early members of the Steinbach Evangelical Mennonite Brethren Church, serving in the church's first choir. She had resided in the Saskatoon area for 56 years.

Mrs. Schulz was predeceased by her husband Abram P . Schulz in 1969 and by one son, Clarence, in 1959. She is survived by two daughters: Margaret Schulz of Winnipeg, and Anne (Mrs. Pete) Schroeder of Steinbach; four sons: William T. and wife Madge of Surrey , B.C., Menno and Irene of Vancouver, B.C., Arthur and Mary of St. Catharines, Ont., and George and Vi of Winnipeg; 19 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and one brother, Rev. Henry Rempel of Winnipeg.
