— Relatives here received word of the death of Gustav P. Toews, 68, a native of Newton, which occurred Saturday, Feb 3, at Egg Harbor, N. J. Mr. Toews was born here Dec. 15, 1893 and attended Newton High School He was a retired naval aviation engineer. Funeral services were to be held Feb. 6 at the Episcopal church in Clifton Heights, Pa. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Susie Stucky and Mrs. Leonard Claassen of Newton. Also surviving are his wife, three daughters, three sons and seven grandchildren. | |||
