Mr. Wenger was standing near his parked car with the door open, when he was struck by a passing auto and dragged a considerable distance. His body was badly mangled. | |||
A son of the late Pre. B. A. Wenger and Lizzie Wenger, he was a plumber and at the time of his death was supervising the plumbing installation in the new annex to the Ephrata Community Hospital. | |||
Survivors include his wife and three grown children. | |||

ACCIDENT AT EPHRATA, PA. CLAIMS LIFE OF LUKE M. WENGER, 53.
Ephrata, Pa. — Funeral services for Luke M. Wenger, 53, who was the victim of a traffic accident here, were held Dec. 2 at the Metzler Mennonite Church.
Mr. Wenger was standing near his parked car with the door open, when he was struck by a passing auto and dragged a considerable distance. His body was badly mangled.
