Edwin E. Lehman was born Dec.6, 1872, and passed away on Dec. 30, 1958.  The greater part of his life was spent on the farm near the Bethel Mennonite Church, Fortuna, Mo.  Four of his later years were spent near Nevada, Mo., and since then he had resided in Fortuna.

He had been a member of Bethel Mennonite Church from his youth.  He was married to Caroline Welty on Dec. 3, 1896. Seven children were born to this couple, of whom six are living: Gertrude Marlin of Cape Girardeau, Mo., Louis of Milo, Mo., Luther of Booker, Texas, Kieffer of Red Oak, Iowa, Sam and Dana of Versailles, Mo.  A daughter died in infancy.
 
His wife preceded him in death on April 3, 1952.  He is survived by two brothers, Joel of West Liberty, Ohio, and Walter of Protection, Kansas; his six children, ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
 
Mr. Lehman was loved and appreciated by a host of friends and acquaintances throughout his lifetime.

EDWIN E. LEHMAN

Edwin E. Lehman was born Dec. 6, 1872, and passed away on Dec. 30, 1958. The greater part of his life was spent on the farm near the Bethel Mennonite Church, Fortuna, Mo. Four of his later years were spent near Nevada, Mo., and since then he had resided in Fortuna.

He had been a member of Bethel Mennonite Church from his youth. He was married to Caroline Welty on Dec. 3, 1896.
