REV. DAVID G. DYCK

David G. Dyck was born in Sagradowka, South Russia, on May 2, 1895 to Gerhard and Sara Dyck. He was baptized and joined the Mennonite Brethren church in 1911. In 1920 he married Helene RempeL During the hard years she died, and in 1924 he married Agnes Kroeker who survives him. In Canada they lived in Grassy Lake for 23 years and then retired to Coaldale. For over 45 years David Dyck was a servant of the Lord, as preacher in both Grassy Lake and Coaldale.

He passed away on December 23, and the funeral was held in the Coaldale MB Church on December 27. John J. Dueck officiated. Left to mourn are his wife, and his children and their families: David Dyck, Linden, Alta.; Walter Dyck, Winnipeg, Rudy Dyck, Hepburn, Sask., Mrs. Helen Peters, Winnipeg; Mrs . Martha Janzen, Pincher Creek, Alta., Mrs. Agnes Bartel, Lethbridge, Alta.
