— A report in an exchange tells of the burial of the Indian Fred Whitetail at Thomas, Okla., the funeral having been conducted by Rev. J. B. Ediger of the Mennonite Indian mission. For reasons not stated Mr. Whitetail had been shot one evening by an officer in the town. Burial took place in the Thomas cemetery.
