Montezuma, Kans., March 23. &#8212; Le Verne Johnson, 19 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Johnson was instantly killed this morning at 5:00 o'clock near Liberal, Kansas, where he was driving a truck. He was hauling sand for abridge construction company. The truck hit the ditch, throwing Le Verne out of the cab and the load of sand landing on top of him, which caused his death. it is indeed a shock to the family and community. &#8212; David J. YOUNG MAN AT MONTEZUMA INSTANTLY KILLED

Montezuma, Kans., March 23. — Le Verne Johnson, 19 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Johnson was instantly killed this morning at 5:00 o'clock near Liberal, Kansas, where he was driving a truck. He was hauling sand for abridge construction company.
