•  Mrs. Edith Richert, 83, widow of Dr. d. H. Richert, died Monday morning at Bethel Deaconess hospital.  The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Bethel College Church with Rev. Kenneth Shelly, associate pastor, officiating.  Dr. Richert long-time professor of mathematics and astronomy at Bethel College, died in 1964.  Mrs. Richert had resided at the Bethel Home for Aged the past several years.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Roland Schmidt of Pawnee Rock; one son, Roland V. of Globe, Ariz.; five grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Ada Penner of Beatrice, Neb.
