He had resided in this district for the past thirteen years and was a well-known and highly respected citizen of the community. He is survived by the following seven children: Mrs. Elizabeth Wiens, Agnes, Gustina [''sic'' Justina], Susie, John H. and C. H. Richert, all of Reedley, and Miss Sophia Richert, a missionary in China, who is enroute to Reedley at this time. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at the M. B. Church. — Reedley Exponent. |

Henry P. Richert, aged 76 years and native of Russia, died at his home north of Reedley Sunday evening.
