•  Mrs. Sarah V. Koehn, 79, a resident here for the past 25 years, died Sunday at Axtell Christian Hospital after a brief illness.  Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Alexanderwohl Church near Goessel, with Dr. Albert Epp of Newton and Rev. Ronald Krehbiel, a the pastor, officiating.  Mrs. Koehn was the former Sarah Friesen, and with her husband, Henry Koehn, farmed in the Canton community before moving to Newton.  He died in March 1971.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Collins, and two sons, Ernest H. and Elmer J., all of Newton; one sister, Mrs. Maria Wedel, of Newton; four grandchildr3en and two great-grandchildren.
