• Relatives here received word that Mrs. Samuel H. Lehman, 79, of Castorland, N. Y., died Monday morning at the Watertown, N. Y. Hospital after having suffered a stroke on July 2. Going to New York to be with their mother after learning of her illness were Mrs. Arnold M. Wedel of North Newton, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lehman of rural Newton, and Mrs. Dewey Hostetler of Harper. Leaving early this week to attend the funeral, which is to be on Thursday, were Dewey Hostetler and children, Arnold M. Wedel and son Eddie, and Mr. and Mrs. Barry Lehman of Newton. Barry Lehman is a grandson. There are 10 surviving children. | |||
