Vernon L. Miller, 40, of north of Topeka, Ind. died Wednesday, Nov. 16, at the Lagrange county hospital of a heart ailment.  He had been ill only two weeks.
 
Mr. Miller, who would have observed his 41st birthday on Dec. 16, is survived by his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Paul Prough, of Lincoln, Neb.; and Margaret and Doris, both at home; and a sister, Mrs. Amos Bontrager, of Shipshewana.
 
Funeral services were held Friday at 2:00 p. m. at the Emma Mennonite church, of which Mr. Miller was a member. Rev. Oscar Hostetler and the Rev. Amos Hostetler officiated.

VERNON L. MILLER
