Topeka, Indiana. — Friends of Dan J. Miller were deeply shocked at hearing he was fatally injured when struck by a New Paris cream truck while crossing the highway near his home. | |||
Funeral services held on Saturday Feb. 13, were attended by a large crowd of friends and relatives. | |||
Mr. Miller was crossing the road intending to join his son Jonathan who was waiting for him with a hay baler. The accident happened at nine o'clock in the morning and Mr. Miller died two hours later in a local hospital where he was rushed after his injury. | |||
He is survived by his deeply bereaved wife, four sons and four daughters, all at home, and three brothers and one sister. | |||

DAN J. MILLER DIES TWO HOURS AFTER BEING STRUCK BY CREAM TRUCK
Topeka, Indiana. — Friends of Dan J. Miller were deeply shocked at hearing he was fatally injured when struck by a New Paris cream truck while crossing the highway near his home.
Funeral services held on Saturday Feb. 13, were attended by a large crowd of friends and relatives.
