The youth was grinding feed at the Miller farm when he fell from the tractor and sustained a severe brain concussion. The accident occurred about 4:30 p.m. and he died early the following morning at the hospital. | |||
An estimated 1,200 persons attended the funeral services, which were conducted May 23 at the Miller home. | |||

Amish Youth Killed In Tractor Mishap
Apple Creek, Ohio. — A farm accident on May 20 proved fatal to 17-year-old Atlee Miller, son of Bishop and Mrs. Amos S. Miller of the Amish settlement here.
