Belleville, Pa. &#8212; Word was received here that Mrs. Lavina Mast, 78, wife of Bishop Aaron Mast and a former resident of the Belleville community, died Nov. 2 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Galen Kauffman, in New Holland, Pa.
The Masts lived here for 22 years while Bishop Mast served as pastor of the Maple Grove Mennonite church, moving to New Holland in 1955.   
Surviving in addition to Bishop Mast are six children.  A daughter, Mrs. Floyd Sieber, is a missionary in Argentina.  Also surviving are 23 grandchildren and one brother, Nicholas Stoltzfus of Parkesburg, Pa.

Wife of Retired Bishop Dies

Belleville, Pa. — Word was received here that Mrs. Lavina Mast, 78, wife of Bishop Aaron Mast and a former resident of the Belleville community, died Nov. 2 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Galen Kauffman, in New Holland, Pa.

The Masts lived here for 22 years while Bishop Mast served as pastor of the Maple Grove Mennonite church, moving to New Holland in 1955.
