Mrs. Katherine Friesen, 73, wife of Thomas Friesen, was a life-long resident of York and Hamilton counties. She was the daughter of John and Helena Klippenstein. Surviving in addition to her husband are six daughters, four sons, 34 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. | |||
Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 24, at the E.M.B. Church here. | |||
Peter G. Plett, 82, was a retired farmer and blacksmith and had lived here since emigrating from Russia in 1914. He leaves his widow, Aganetha, four step-children, six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Plett were held Monday at the Bethesda Mennonite Church. | |||

Two Long-Time Residents Of Henderson Called
Henderson, Neb. — Two long-time residents of this community died Feb. 21 at the Henderson Community Hospital.
Mrs. Katherine Friesen, 73, wife of Thomas Friesen, was a life-long resident of York and Hamilton counties. She was the daughter of John and Helena Klippenstein. Surviving in addition to her husband are six daughters, four sons, 34 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 24, at the E.M.B. Church here.
