Born in Elkhart County, Indiana,Mr. Pletcher farmed there and from 1933 to 1948 owned and operated Pletcher's Dairy in Middlebury. He was a member of the board of Mennonite Mutual Aid for 33 years and served as vice president for 30 years. He moved from Middlebury to Pettisville, O. 16 years ago. | |||

Retired Farmer, Businessman Dies
Archbold, Ohio. — Landon J. Pletcher, 92, retired farmer and businessman, died Jan. 6 at a Napoleon nursing home where he had received care after suffering a stroke in November 1974.
Born in Elkhart County, Indiana,Mr. Pletcher farmed there and from 1933 to 1948 owned and operated Pletcher's Dairy in Middlebury. He was a member of the board of Mennonite Mutual Aid for 33 years and served as vice president for 30 years. He moved from Middlebury to Pettisville, O. 16 years ago.
