<center><h3>RETIRED FARMER DIED AT HILLSBORO</h3></center>
Hillsboro, Kans. — Funeral services for Abraham F. Penner, well known retired farmer, were held at the Mennonite Brethren church here on Sept. 13. He farmed near Ingalls, in western Kansas, for 24 years before moving to Hillsboro in 1945.
Among the six surviving children are three doctors. The children are Dr. Walter L. Penner of Dallas, Ore., Dr. Dan S. Penner of Mountain Lake, Minn., Mrs. Chester H. Fast of New Point, Mo., Dr. Vernon C. Penner of Cimarron, Mrs. Alvin Neufeld of Edinberg, Texas, and Clarence W. Penner of Ingalls.
His wife, Katie, one brother and two sisters also survive.
