— Albert Pankratz, 67, a resident of the Goessel community most of his life, died at Axtell Christian Hospital here early Saturday after suffering a heart attack. He was married to Helen Unrau in 1927, and they farmed in the Goessel and Potwin communities. His first wife died in 1957, and in 1960 he moved back to the Goessel community. In 1964 he married Mrs. Ella Becker, who survives with sons Homer of Aberdeen, Idaho and Norman of Newton; one daughter, Mrs. Daverne Rudiger of Wichita; a stepson, Jerry Becker of Galva; two step-daughters, Mrs. John Unruh and Mrs. Carroll Goering, both of Warden, Wash.; 19 grandchildren, one brother and three sisters. The funeral was conducted Tuesday afternoon at the Alexanderwohl Church, with Rev. Ronald Krehbiel officiating. | |||
