He was a graduate of Pacific and Fresno State colleges, both in Fresno, and had earned a Master's degree in mathematics from Stanford University. | |||

The Frank Rodriguez Memorial Scholarship Fund to provide financial assistance for disadvantaged students was recently established at Pacific College, Fresno, Calif. Rev. Rodriguez, former pastor of the Mennonite Brethren Church in Parlier, his wife, their daughter and his wife's sister were killed in a car-truck collision in June. A Fresno County-wide campaign to raise the scholarship funds is now being organized by community representatives. | |||
