Buhler, Kans.—Mrs. Maria Richert, 86, one of the pioneer settlers who immigrated from Russia in 1877, died at the Salem hospital in Hillsboro on Nov. 15. Funeral services were held at the M. B. church here Sunday afternoon. Rev. J. J. Toews and Rev. Waldo Hiebert officiating.
Mrs. Richert, widow of A. J. Richert, is survived by three daughters, seven sons, 39 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.

PIONEER SETTLER DIED AT BUHLER

Buhler, Kans.—Mrs. Maria Richert, 86, one of the pioneer settlers who immigrated from Russia in 1877, died at the Salem hospital in Hillsboro on Nov. 15. Funeral services were held at the M. B. church here Sunday afternoon. Rev. J. J. Toews and Rev. Waldo Hiebert officiating.
