•  Jacob G. Hiebert, 80, a resident of the Bethesda Home in Goessel for the past three years, died Tuesday morning in the Bethesda Hospital.  Funeral at the Tabor Mennonite Church with Rev. James Waltner officiating.  Mr. Hiebert was a native of Marion County and farmed in the Walton community for many years before retirement.  His wife the former Susie Goossen, die in 1946.  He leaves three daughters, four sons, 23 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and three sisters.
