&bull;  Paul A. Regier, 53, a native of Newton, died at Bethel Deaconess Hospital last Monday.  Together with his wife, the former ruby Turner, he operated Paul and Ruby's Home for Alcoholics in Newton.  He was a member of the First Mennonite church, where funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon.  Surviving in addition to the widow are a daughter, Miss Justine Regier of Los Angeles, Calif.; two step-sons, Duane Girton and Ronald Girton, both of Leadville, Colo.; three brothers, Carl, Pomona, Calif., Kenneth, Dana Point, Calif., and Richard, Everson, Wash.; three sisters, Miss Betty Regier, Hamburg, N. Y., Mrs. Dorothy Hickey, Claremore, Okla., and Miss Esther Mae Regier, Los Angeles, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

• Paul A. Regier, 53, a native of Newton, died at Bethel Deaconess Hospital last Monday. Together with his wife, the former ruby Turner, he operated Paul and Ruby's Home for Alcoholics in Newton. He was a member of the First Mennonite church, where funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon.
