+ | Funeral services for Cornelius P. Regier, 94, of Hesston, were held June 15 at Emmaus Mennonite Church, rural Whitewater, with Rodney Crowell officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. A retired farmer and dairyman, he moved from the farm to Newton in 1972 and to Hesston in 1983. Survivors include his wife, Susie (Wedel); one son, Lawrence of Palm City, Fla.; two daughters, Darlene Regier of Hillsboro and Dorothea Goering of North Newton; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. His first wife, Helen (Toevs), died in 1970. |

Funeral services for Cornelius P. Regier, 94, of Hesston, were held June 15 at Emmaus Mennonite Church, rural Whitewater, with Rodney Crowell officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
