— At Manhattan, Kansas, a fall from a third-story window on the campus of Kansas State College resulted in instant death for Alvin Regier, 47, former resident of the Hillsboro, Kan. community. Mr. Regier, who had been a custodian at the college for eight years, was puttying a window when he slipped and fell. Funeral services and burial took place at Manhattan.
