•  Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Pennsylvania Mennonite Church near Hesston for Mrs. Hannah Sweigart, 81, wife of Rev. Jacob R. Sweigart, who died Saturday evening at Bethel Deaconess Hospital.  Rev. Donald E. King, the pastor, officiated.  A native of Pennsylvania, Mrs. Sweigart was married to Rev. Sweigart at Churchtown, Pa. on Feb. 10, 1900.  They had lived in Newton for a number of years.  Surviving are four sons, seven daughters, 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, two sisters and one brother.
