Death came unexpectedly from a heart attack Oct. 10 at the Mennonite Home for Aged, Frederick, where Rev. Swartz had gone for a rest after a two week stay in the Montgomery Hospital, Norristown. He was 59. | |||
A native of Pipersville, he was ordained to the ministry at the Eden church in October 1921 and had served here ever since. He was a graduate of Ursinus College and had done considerable graduate work in theology at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania. | |||
