Ida Liechty Graber, daughter of Christ. and Mary (Witmer) Liechty, was born near Leo, Ind. on Jan. 12, 1897 and died Feb. 14, 1962, at the age of 65 years, one month and two days after an illness of but a few months. | |||
On Sept. 20, 1922, she was united in marriage with Guy O. Graber of Stryker, Ohio who died Dec. 24, 1960. to this union were born two children. | |||
In her youth mother accepted Christ as her Savior and throughout her entire life was a true witness for Him. Her faithfulness courage, zeal, and devotion will always be remembered by her children, her family and friends. She and her husband, Guy, helped in establishing the Salem Congregation near Waldron, Mich. where they were among the charter members. | |||
She is survived by a son Elwood of Stryker, a daughter Donna Belle (Mrs. Eugene Diller) of Hesston, Kansas, and seven grandchildren. Also surviving are five sisters) of Wauseon, Ohio, Dora (Mrs. Erie Bontrager) of Vestaburg, Mich., Edward of Toledo, Chris of Wauseon, and Ruth (Mrs. T. H. Nofsiger) of Archbold, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers and one sister. | |||
Funeral services were held Feb. 17 at 2:00 p.m. from the Lockport Mennonite Church. Officiating were Earl Stuckey, Walter Stuckey, and D. Wyse Graber. | |||

IDA LIECHTY GRABER
