•  John E. Schrag, 88, long-time resident of the Moundridge community, died at Mercy Hospital there Sunday, May 17.  Funeral services were held Wednesday forenoon at the Eden Mennonite Church, with Rev. Arnold Nickel officiating.  Mr. Schrag's wife, the former Elizabeth Waltner, preceded him in death.  The large family of survivors includes five daughters, four sons, a large number of grandchildren, and one brother, Eli, of Moundridge.  A daughter, Mrs. Jonas Schrag, resides in Newton.
