Funk, well-known resident of the Hillsboro community and a missionary to China from 1922 to 1927, passed away at the Halstead hospital on April 15 after being a patient there for several weeks. Funeral services were held at the Hillsboro M.B. church on Tuesday forenoon, April 19. Surviving hi are his wife and two sons, Melvin and Walter. |
