— B. W. Esau, 75, retired farmer of Inman, was stricken suddenly and died while attending a football game there last Friday evening. The funeral was conducted Sunday afternoon at the Inman Mennonite Church, with Rev. Ben Friesen in charge. Mr. Esau leaves his widow, the former Anna Schierling; one daughter, Mrs. Les Sperling of McPherson; five grandchildren, two brothers and one sister. The Esaus’ only son, Ben Esau, died in a farm accident just five months ago.
